Burleson Chamber Gala and VIP Reception was “Hollywood...Texas Style”. Affairs to Cater was chosen to cater the Chamber’s event because of the concept we brought to the committee. Each food station was named after a movie and depicted food relevant to the movie. Out of all the options the committee choose Chinatown – Chinese Station Chicken Teriyaki, Fried and White Rice, Vegetables and Fortune Cookies (Served in Chinese Take out Boxes) Moline Rouge – Crepe Station Savory Crepes Filled with Mushroom Medley Exodus – Israeli Station Shawarma Stand (Beef Carved off a Spit) Served with Pita, Humus, Tahini and ATC Signature Relish Tray La Dolce Vita – A Sweet Italian Station A Chocolate Fountain with 14 Assorted Dippings For the VIP Reception Tammy our server was dressed as Marilyn Monroe serving Smoked Salmon Cigars, Petite Artichoke Quiche and Raspberry Chipotle Meatballs off her walking hors d’Oeuvres table.
The Fort Worth Commission for Women honors annually exemplary women in the field of advocacy for women's issues at a presentation of Outstanding Women of Fort Worth. Honorees, presenters and their guests feast on delicacies prepared by Affairs to Cater.
Toll Brothers When Toll Brothers opens a new community we are there to make it “Grand”. This was the second community in South Lake that we were asked to create a Grand Opening for and we were ready for the task. The food was displayed in several rooms and the spectacular bathroom that everyone wanted to see, inspired us to use the tub as the cooler for the drinks and a “wet bar”. A beautiful home, beautifully designed food and drinks and lots of music and dancing turned the grand opening into a grand fiesta!
Superior Power Poles How do you stand out in the crowd? In September The major utility companies conference was held at the the Crowne Plaza Suites in Dallas. Traditionally the vendors serve Texas style food – BBQ. To stand out in the crowd we served Sushi and Chinese food to include dessert sushi rolls.
