Lena Pope’s Home mission is to create hope, happiness and success for children and families. One of their fundraiser is the Sweetheart’s Dessert Fantasy. The event is preceded by a Savory Bites Reception for their patrons passed by “Celebrity Waiters”. Affairs to Cater’s Signature Mini Artichoke Quiches have been a staple hors d’Oeuvres served for the last four years by Deborah Ferguson and Steve Lamb joined this year by Tom Grieve.

 

Jubilee Theater’s yearly event took place on the outside grounds of the Amon Carter Museum. With a Variety of Food Station, 3 bands and our famous Seven Layer Dip the organizers never had to worry about their guests enjoying the food and having fun. In the words of the late co-founder and artistic director Rudy Eastman after one of the parties “when the food is great the pockets are open”

When Toll Brothers opens a new community we are there to make it “Grand”. This was the second community in  South Lake that  we were asked to create a Grand Opening for and we were ready for the task. The food was displayed in several rooms and the spectacular bathroom that everyone wanted to see, inspired us to use the tub as the cooler for the drinks and a “wet bar”. A beautiful home, beautifully designed food and drinks and lots of music and dancing turned the grand opening into a grand fiesta!

For the Opening night of Incorruptible by Michael Holinger we went along with the theme of the 13^th Century show to create a post show reception of meat and bread and of course our signature bread pudding. The patrons enjoyed the food to the point of forgetting that the parking lots were about to be closed…..

 

How do you stand out in the crowd? In September The major utility companies conference was held at the the Crowne Plaza Suites in Dallas. Traditionally the vendors serve Texas style food – BBQ. To stand out in the crowd we served Sushi and Chinese food to include dessert sushi rolls.
